The perception of flavor – Workshop

Food has the capacity to enrich people’s lives with stories and opinions. It is part of their identity. But what happens if we change the stories around certain truths  regarding food? What if we change our perception on values like flavor or healthiness?In this workshop Jasper tells about his perception on food and will showcase certain works he created during his career as an artist and food designer. How can we change our food system using a different perception on the stories that are already out there. At the end off the course we will built future food models that connects with Jasper’s Future Food City project.
